The 'Wonder' lamp, type Agral, was used by SNCF (French National Railway). The outer cover comprises of a crackle finish cast alloy. It has been converted from battery operated to electricity with the addition of vintage style three core cable and BS plug. The circular glass has been covered with opaque film to give a softer light, and there is a warm red light on the back. A good looking piece of mid-century industrial lighting. The lamp has been PAT tested.
